For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
Building Rules: To maintain the building's harmony and design, hanging clothes, towels, or any items over the balcony railings is strictly prohibited. The building administration issues automatic fines for this violation, which will unfortunately be passed on to the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space looking its best!
