-Check-In Process: Upon arrival at the amenity center, please present your Gate Pass (QR Code) at the front desk. This is required for entry.
-Cost: Access to the club facilities is complimentary for our guests.
-The Arcade: Enjoy unlimited gaming! The arcade is set to "Free Play," so no quarters or tokens are required.
-Food & Drinks: While entry is free, please note that any orders placed at the Bar and Grille will be charged to your personal account/card.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a personalized entry code for the villa's smart lock, ensuring a seamless check-in. This code will be sent to you prior to your stay. Enter through the main gate, where ample parking is available. Follow the path to the villa's front door and use your code to unlock the door. Enjoy your stay with easy, secure access!

The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in.
Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up.
If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating.
