We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 7-bedroom home in Champions Gate resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.
The home is comfortably furnished with everything your family may need for a comfortable vacation. The downstairs living space and open kitchen is ideal for family gatherings, watching the game, or just sharing experiences from a day full of Orlando fun . Take a dip in the outdoor pool and spa while grilling with your family and friends. Grill use is complimentary with guests being in charge of the propane replacements.
If you want to have some fun outside of the house, but not join all the other travelers in one of the many area attractions please enjoy all the Champions Gate community has to offer with it's lazy river, bar and grill, game room, or sand volleyball courts.

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will receive a personalized code for the smart lock, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The villa is accessed through a private gate, and parking is conveniently available on-site. Detailed instructions for using the smart lock and gate access will be provided prior to your stay, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. No parties or events are allowed.
The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in.
Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up.
If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating.
