This amazing 9-bedroom luxury home is located in Windsor at Westside Resort. We've created the perfect space to live the Disney dream!
We've done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. The loft living room was designed to enjoy great family time.
Enjoy some family time with a friendly game of pool, air hockey, or Foosball.
** Our Pool Heat Fee is $45 per day, please request the pool heater before your arrival, a minimum of 2 days notice is needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.
Sheets and towels are of course provided. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.
Upon arrival at the villa, guests will receive detailed check-in instructions through the Airbnb app. Our property is equipped with a keyless door lock for your convenience. Your access code is unique and only valid for your stay. Ample parking is available directly in front of the villa for your convenience. While the area is more car-friendly, ample parking is available on-site, making it easy to explore the surroundings at your own pace. The neighborhood is moderately walkable, with some local amenities accessible on foot. Whether you're heading to theme parks or exploring local dining, you'll find getting around straightforward and enjoyable.

No parties or events are allowed.
The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in.
Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up.
If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating.
