Visitors & Access:
Guests: Visitors are welcome. Guests must meet their visitors at the reception desk. For security reasons, all visitors must provide their name and ID to Osvaldo, our concierge.
Overnight Guests: Allowed as long as the apartment's maximum capacity is not exceeded.
Visitor Parking: Spots 2030 and 2031 (level -2) are available for visitors for a maximum of 1 hour. Parking elsewhere in the building is strictly prohibited.
Building Facilities:
Gym: Located on the 20th floor. Hours: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Pool: Located on the 21st floor (no QR code needed). Open seasonally from November to March, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Important Restrictions:
Restricted Areas: Per building regulations, Airbnb guests do not have access to the Quinchos (BBQ areas), Padel Court, or Bicycle Racks. These are strictly for long-term residents.
Balcony: It is strictly forbidden to hang laundry or towels on the balcony. The building administration issues immediate fines for violations.
Recycling & Waste:
Glass: Must be placed in a box or paper bag clearly labeled "Glass."
Cardboard: Please take all cardboard to the recycling point on level -2.
🐾 Pet Policy:
Registration: Maximum 2 pets allowed (up to 15kg / 33lbs each). Registration at the front desk and a security deposit are required. Restricted breeds are not allowed.
Rules: Leashes are mandatory at all times. Pets are not allowed in common areas. Any noise complaints or damages will result in fines according to local law (Ley 21.020).

For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
