History and Legacy Behind this space lies a personal dream: its owner, Alberto, dedicated years to this project with the purpose of preserving the heritage of the Huelén neighborhood. Designed by architects Daniel Pastor and Matías Jarpa, the building achieves a perfect dialogue between historic conservation and contemporary comfort.

Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home.

For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
