Please note: Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact out customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
