¡Nos encantara hospedarte! Sin embargo nuestro hogar esta ubicado en un edificio y tenemos cierta Si te sientes incómodo con estas, lo entiendo muy bien y puedes cancelar tu reserva :)
1. El edificio prohíbe estrictamente el consumo de cannabis, tabaco, y otros estupefacientes, dentro o fuera de los departamentos, de detectarse olores o residuos de lo araanterior nos veremos en la obligación de aplicar una multa de 100USD y los cargos relacionados a la limpieza para remover olores, manchas y daños.🚬
2. Debemos mantener los niveles de ruido bajo después de las 22:00, queremos mantener buenas relaciones con nuestros vecinos.
3. No se permite realizar fiestas o eventos.
4. No se permite el acceso a nadie más que las personas aprobadas y registradas en la reserva, lo cual en ningún caso puede exceder la capacidad máxima del departamento.
5. Solo se permite a los huéspedes mayores de 25 años y a los menores acompañados de un adulto. No estará permitido el tránsito de menores por áreas comunes sin supervisión de un adulto.
6. No está permitido el resguardo de maletas por parte del personal del edificio. Por tanto será responsabilidad de cada huésped cautelar su ingreso y salida en forma expedita.
7. Se aceptan reclamos sobre el estado de la casa dentro de las primeras 24 horas posteriores a su llegada, los cuales serán siempre canalizados por Andes STR y transmitidos por los canales formales al Anfitrión.
8. Si el Anfitrión considera que cualquier situación reportada por un huésped es de carácter urgente, estará facultado para enviar un técnico, ingresando a la unidad sin previa aprobación del huésped. Para lo anterior Andes STR realizará las gestiones de notificación ya sean previas o posteriores al huésped.
9. Debe respetarse en todo momento el reglamento interno del edificio, el cual deberá ser debida y oportunamente informado a cada huésped por Andes STR.
10. El anfitrión está facultado a ingresar a cualquier unidad en caso de cualquier situación con carácter de urgencia (Incendios, inundaciones, robos, accidentes etc), exista o no reporte por parte del huésped.
11. No se permite el ingreso de animales a edificio y las unidades.
12. Una conducta ofensiva o agresiva hacia el personal del edificio resultará en la terminación inmediata del alojamiento.
