We would love to invite you to enjoy our awesome 6 bedroom home, located in the Davenport area, just minutes away from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World. The family room and opened kitchen are perfect for gathering the whole family and having a wonderful time.
You can relax in the pool and spa and share a meal with your loved ones outside by the pool. You will have a blast here! If a friendly game of pool, air hockey, or shuffleboard is your thing, our game room will be perfect for you. There is a dedicated workstation for those that need to keep up with business, but otherwise, there is plenty of space to relax and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The Solana community is a combination community with short term rentals as well as long term residents. The community offers the following for our guests:
Community pool and fitness center - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Concierge services and Small Shop - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Tiki bar by the pool - 12PM to 8PM Wednesday through Sunday
Mini Golf - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Beach Volleyball - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Kid Playground - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Community also offers occasional events such as BBQs, happy hours, Popsicle Pop-Ins. Please check with the concierge at the clubhouse for schedule of events.
All opening hours are subject to change without notice as these services are operated by the community.

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
No parties or events are allowed.
The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in.
Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up.
If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating.
