The strict consumption of cannabis, tobacco, and other narcotics is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the apartments. If odors or residues are detected, we will be obliged to apply a fine of $100 USD, along with charges related to cleaning to remove odors, stains, and damages. 🚬
-Respect for Silence:
Keep noise levels low after 10:00pm to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
-Prohibition of Parties or Events:
Parties or events are not allowed on the premises.
-Authorized Access:
Only approved and registered persons in the reservation are allowed access.
-Guest Age.
Stay is only permitted for guests aged 18 and above, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
-Guest Responsibility:
We do not take responsibility for the safekeeping of luggage outside of the established Check-In or Check-Out hours.
-Initial Claims:
Any claims regarding the condition of the house must be made within the first 24 hours after arrival.
-Scheduled Maintenance:
To ensure your comfort, we will schedule a visit for any necessary maintenance during your stay. In case of urgent situations, a technician will be sent as soon as possible with proper notification to the guest.
-Space Care:
Please leave the apartment in a condition similar to how you found it. Take out the trash, leave the dishes clean, and remove all your belongings. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional fee for extensive cleaning.
