Step into this spacious 9-bedroom villa, designed for comfort and fun, accommodating up to 21 guests. The first floor offers two king suites, perfect for privacy and relaxation. Upstairs, themed rooms delight with a Mickey Mouse room featuring twin beds, a Jurassic World adventure with a jeep and bunk beds, and a Neverland escape with full beds. Key amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Enjoy the Star Wars game room, or unwind by the pool and spa.

Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in.
Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed.
Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up.
If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply.
For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating.
